Episode Quotes
Ivy Brown: So this Cameron guy has a great head of hair and is completely clueless about women?
Kirsten: Hmm. He's also pretty endearing and kind of awesome when he's not pissing me off.

Cultural References
Nick: Well, it's like Pacino said in The Godfather, "It's not personal. It's strictly business."

Michael Corleon, played by Al Pacino, is the head of the Corleone family in the novel and subsequent 1972 movie adaptation The Godfather.

Cameron: Oh, come on, this is like when Luke Cage iced out Jessica Jones, except we don't have that mind control freak to bring us back together.

Cameron is referring to Marvel's Jessica Jones, a Netflix series based on the comic book and featuring the characters Jessica Jones and Luke Cage.
