Ellie and Matt are in the Clwydian range in North Wales. Ellie finds out how the region influenced 18th century artist Richard Wilson, and she also visits a local primary school where the pupils are making a tidy profit by running their own chicken farm. Matt is with conservation team cutting back the heather in the uplands and talks to the brewer putting all the offcuts to good use in his heather infused ale.
