The Talk

Actress Sara Gilbert serves as executive producer and presenter on 'The Talk', which airs Monday-Friday on CBS at 2pm. The show see's the panel of women, lead by moderator Julie Chen, discuss the day's headlines through the eyes of mothers. The panel are often joined by celebrity guests.

Currently the panel consists of Julie, Sara, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler. Between 2010 and 2011 both Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini featured and in 2010 in a regular 'mother on the street' segment Marissa Jaret Winkour featured.

The show is direct competition for The View which has been on air on ABC since 1997. In the UK Loose Women has been on the air on ITV1 since 1999. In Australia The Circle has aired on Ten since 2010.
