Lifetime Pulls the Plug on 'Witches of East End'

After two seasons on the air, Lifetime has pulled the plug on Witches of East End, after a significant drop in ratings during the second season.

Filmed in Vancouver, the cancellation is a loss to the Canadian film industry, as well as the fans.

Based on a book series, the show starred Jenna Dewan Tatum, Julian Ormand, and Madchen Amick.

Typical always when the ratings come a littlebit low they pull the plug.

Its a good serie, there are more people watching then these ratings tell you.

As always its about the money.

A single TV Movie will not be enough to wrap this up with out either making a complete hash of the story or leaving half the story incomplete.

I would hope that if they do decide to wrap this up, that it will be a mini series of 4 1-hour shows to fill in all the blanks and tie the story up in a nice neat ending.

But I don't think we will really see either as the audence droped too low to even concider it.

As it's on Lifetime they might do a TV movie to wrap it up.
