‘Ray Donovan’ Welcomes ‘Once Upon a Time’ Alum for Season 2
‘Ray Donovan’ definitely isn’t holding back when it comes to its Season 2 cast, as a ‘Once Upon a Time’ alum just booked a recurring role on the Showtime drama.
Eion Bailey (known for playing August aka Pinocchio on ‘OUAT,’ and, of course,’ Jim on ‘Center Stage’) is set to play a charismatic motivational speaker/self-help guru in need of Ray’s (Liev Schreiber) help, who should have no problem in giving a helping hand, since he’s a professional fixer. Basically, he’s the male version of Kerry Washington’s Olivia Pope on ‘Scandal.’
The sophomore season will also see several familiar faces, including ‘The Simpsons’ Hank Azaria. He’ll portray James Cochran, the determined head of the L.A. division of the FBI, who becomes a thorn in Ray’s side. Sherilyn Fenn (‘Twin Peaks’) will play Cochran’s wife, Holly.
The legend known as Ann-Margret will also join the series as June Wilson, a former major star who has a past with Elliott Gould’s Ezra Goldman, boss to Ray. Furthermore, Kip Pardue (‘Remember the Titans’) will pop up in multiple episodes as FBI Agent Volchek, who works under Azaria’s character.
Check out a double trailer below that’s also combined with ‘Masters of Sex.’
The 12-episode second season of ‘Ray Donovan’ premieres Sunday, July 13.
