CBS Sets Finale Dates for ‘NCIS,’ ‘Good Wife,’ ‘Big Bang’ & Others

It’s the first official day of spring and you know what that means -- it’s time for CBS to follow in ABC’s footsteps by announcing its end-of-season schedule.

Not only will ‘How I Met Your Mother’ end its run with a one-hour series finale, but ‘The Crazy Ones’ has also earned an hour-long Season 1 finale (even though the Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar comedy has yet to be renewed). Lastly, ‘Survivor’ will finish out its season with a two-hour finale, and, of course, follow with its traditional reunion special.

Here’s the CBS 2014 finale schedule:
